where do reps go after pharma?? besides the few that want to go to device.

Seriously? You are seriously going to have to re-invent yourself or get some additional education. We are seriously damaged goods, particularly in this economy. Device? Device companies RARELY hire pharma people. You can count on a HUGE pay cut.
