Jester Re: msk

no chronic pain indication=no need for msk to promote cymbalta. too confusing to PCPs having 2 cymbalta reps.

Why not just put back neuro pain specialist back in neuroscience and add strattera to them for neurologist both adult and child and then just let neuroscience reps promote cymbalta for pain and mood like it was before. This would make too much sense for lilly.

AMEN! MOST MSK reps still don't know jack about Cymbalta...SOM has declined in most geographies since Jan 1st!

Tick....Tick...

The most enlightening moment in our office was two years ago when a Lilly sales rep, a 25 year old "Barbie", walked into our office and proceeded to try to sell the docs on the idea that ACTOS can be beneficial to every single patient with Type II diabetes, although there are three distinct needs of Type II diabetes, and Actos does nothing for 2/3 of the Type II diabetic patients.

Misinformation is a very dangerous thing. Lilly reps are no longer welcome in our office.

Don't blame msk pc. Both bone drugs are getting killed too: it takes about 100 cymb scripts to equal what one Forteo does on dashboard. So if you think mds are using less cymb because of a rep, understand one or two scripts of forteo from that mood decile 10 is much more important than .5% market share. They tried to fix this problem, but of course...we still are Lilly. So until medicare kills Forteo off to <1% som, which is close, it is what it is.

But what the heck do i know...nothing I guess.

Jester Re: msk

Cymbalta A.W.P. = $130 x 100 = 13,000.00

Forteo costs $13K?

NO WONDER YOU CAN'T SELL ANY!
