Sales Reps on the way out

Here's a blip from Fierce Pharma article. It's the Kool-Aid drinkers, those who swallow every word told to them by management, that will be left high and dry, unprepared, at best. Right now they're squeezing every bit out of us they can. If you think it will take "10" years for this to happen, get real, it has started already. Keep in mind, GENERIC doesn't need sales reps! Since Mylan has taken over, they've embraced the "Big Pharma" sales model, can you all see it? I knew it from day one that what they're doing, in the long run, will be ineffective.

it's true-but the article is such a hokey rehash of what is generally known in the public domain-that so WHAT?...WHY comment? nothing new. and so shall the managers go when they have no one to metric/lunch-learn/gas-mileage babysit anymore. So What!

Uh-Huh, why comment? Nothing new? Gotta love it! That's about all you can say.....

What these idiot managers still have not learned, is that there's no need to babysit. What in the hell for? Do they really believe that these insulting tacts will work? Reps know more than these pencil pushers any day, but they have to justify their worth is all. What a waste! Keep up the ass kissing through because it might protect you for a few more months.

It is amazing how all of you are so stupid to continue to buy into this company. Does anyone not realize you work for the worlds largest generic company? I said at the launch meeting in Cleveland that Christi will not stick around and they will push all of us until they get sales up for perforomist and epi sales it self. You mark my word, they will turn perforomist into a generic and get rid of all dey employees. Epi is gone!

You are CORRECT! This was the plan when the new management was brought on. What a farse! Unfortunately, it's pretty much the only thing going. Keep drawing your paychecks but go for retraining.

This company is one of the worst run companies ever!!!! No direction on anything!! Epipen now has generic competition, no direction! No goals or incentive plan for second quarter. Cannot get any straight answers from managemnt as they harass about reports and other needless crap. Sure I will get bashed from other but oh well. Needed to vent about this messed up company, so that I can get up early in the morning and go SELL!!!

Sell???? Oh no, no selling for the next month if you are a PSR. Our job for the next month is to save EpiPen. What a joke!!!
They knew the generic was coming.......hell, I knew the generic was coming.
