Im a pharma rep looking to break into the lab business. How does this companies comp, compare with its competitors. How much does the top 20 percent earn overall with this company.
Top 20% make big money. Genpath reps from their path division make the most. Treat people like crap. Reps are disposable... Known as The Mafia Lab.
$300-$450k/year. Because they place EMR's, pay rent, payoff clients, and write off so many Medicare and insurance charges your head would explode.

If you perform you can make great money. Sales focused organization. Don't believe all the BS you read in this site. There were a few "bad apples" that gave Bio a bad name. They are all gone now (and probably the ones posting the crap on this board) and the culture at bio has dramatically improved. It is a great place to work for someone that is financially motivated and willing to put in the effort to succeed in a very competitive market.
Bitter former employee. Things have changed dramatically. But since you could not hack it here you would not know!
