Offers, background chk, timeline?

For those of you who have received offers, what was the process like. It seems that DM's are making the offer, but what's the next step. Is there a face to face with an RD? What about background check and drug screening? How long of a process before an actual start date happens.

Still no information? Someone must know something out there. I've heard the process is really quick. Can anyone confirm?

May 9th is launch, so one would figure we'd have to know at latest a couple weeks prior. Interviewed a couple days ago, hoping to hear something today or tomorrow.

who is RD ?

Got my offer last week. process pretty fast, hiring 170 reps across the country.... launch is in Austin

I was asking because some companies take at least 2 weeks to complete the background check and drug screening. It was a question about timing and start date. You obviously are quite the winner yourself.

if u were hired as a manager there was NO background check / employment verification
