LabCorp to purchase Bio by year end

Apparently was on Dark Daily and quickly removed. The rumor is they got LCA to pay 2.5X revenue. They much be desperate for market share to overpay that much.

Never going to happen. LabCorp looked at BIO a few years ago. They walked away. The reason is that BIO had so much bad debt, Grey Area billing etc, LabCorp felth there was to much liability.

Genpath is a bundle of Medicare Fraud and LabCorp knows this.

OMG this is the same crap that gets posted on every other lab board. Here is the basic outline

- Take a lab that isn't Quest or LabCorp
- State lab is going to be purchased by Quest or LabCorp by end of year
- Someone refutes because "Q or LCA has already looked at them and decided to not buy because of Medicare issues and bad billing"

I am starting to think the same group of 3 or 4 idiot jump from board to board posting the same crap over and over and over again.
