level 1-4 S=10-12% TP=15%
level 5-6 15-18% TP = 26%
level 7 36% TP = 52%

Those are the guidelines for bonuses...merit raises are similar to last year.

Exclamation Re: 2012 Bonuses and Merit Increases

What does it matter, did you get one this year? Do you still have your job? I have no job, going to loose my house, I have to pay bills and no new money coming in. What a bunch of complainers! Get out then, stop working there. For those that lost their jobs because of changes we had no choice. STOP your complaining or leave Amgen. OR return your checks that you get and just work there for free. Those of us who lost our jobs are NOT losers but were a number that was drawn. Forget about being a team player, or having values. YOUR A NUMBER on a spreadsheet!

If your number is called you too will feel the ...its not you its just business. If your not at the top of the food chain your a number.

Our site was on average about 4-5% above those figures this year.

Amen I feel your pain as a RIF'ed person last year as well, to here anyone ask about a bonus amount is very annoying and disrespectful indeed. Come on people do not forget all that happened last year and those prior. Sheesh!
