You have to wonder when the Durata data will be released by Hauser. You know that everyone at St. Truth is holding their collective breath. If this is released anytime soon with as jittery as investors are finally getting with STJ, the stock is really going to tank, it is down nearly 10% in the last 5 trading days. This is the "Failure, Complication" pun very intended, of not being forthcoming and attacking the implanters. They have turned on you and now have you are in a untenable situation, self inflicted I might add. What is slipping faster than the market cap of the firm is its credibility, of which you will not be able to recover. St Truth right now is like a deer on the highway about to be struck by a semi, able to move but now frozen with reality of the situation. So now what Bio leads? are your cans going to come under fire and can they handle that? Feel as good about that as you do Durata? STJ your mouth has been righting checks your behind cannot cash and they are starting to bounce!

Poetic justice always makes me feel better, so yes i do. Like watching the bad guys get caught at the end of the movie.

This impacts everyone as patients don't know who to trust. When products/parts prove to not go the distance, the manufacurer needs to address it immediately. The truth does come out eventually. The longer the company plays these studpid, if not potentially lethal games, the worse it looks for the entire industry.

STJ stands alone on this issue and should not be confused as an industry-wide smear. This behavior is unique and specific to STJ and their business practice and failed leadership. Other device businesses do not endorse this poor behavior and irresponsible practices. Shame on the physicians that remain loyal to STJ.
