Amgen Kickbacks?

Can someone read page 30-41 of the Amgen kickback lawsuit. Is this similar to what DNDN did with some registry that someone was talking about a while ago or the large spread Peg and Rob were telling salespeople to sell? Is the lawsuit saying that Medicare isn't supposed to pay if there are extra incentives given for doctors to choose a certain therapy or medicine?

I am pleading ignorance on this whole topic but I hope someone can read those pages and give an opinion or comment. I really hope the guy who was writing about this registry comes back and responds because he said the registry "smells" and that doctors were using Provenge because of it and when the extra incentive went away that they weren't going to prescribe provenge anymore. He said something about RR taking control of this registry and also said that doctors were being interviewed by the Feds.

I have no idea if this is the same thing as Amgen but opinions and comments would be appreciated.
