Mass Exodus

Talked with a few of the remaining after the NSM. Looks like KCI will get what they want, improved bottom line because many are looking for a new gig. Interesting how a decent company that employees liked working for are now seriously considering jumping ship, and no life preservers to be found. Employee culture, dedication and loyalty gone. I can't imagine what the numbers are looking like, but there is certainly no money to be made at this point. All they need are robots to put out fires. Such a shame.

Who in their right mind would want to work here? Management sucks! Working here in the West is an exercise in futility. Our RvP only looks at 2 things. The mirror and his phone.

The east is not any better. The remaining DMs are robots to the king.

Couldn't believe anyone could be worse then CB. Just another lame chapter in the crazy history of this company.

You know that moment when you give your two weeks and take a deep sigh of relief knowing you don't have to worry about this...don't have to deal with that or him/her...don't have to pick up the slack for the idiots to attain a common goal? That will be me...really soon. I've had it. That last town hall was a F'n JOKE. I could just scream at the top of my lungs.

Everyone who can or has the gumption to leave, has or is looking. The only ones left will be.......well, the ones who are incapable, too lazy, or have a vested interest in screwing this place up even more.
