Default New PC strategy

Just curious... Is anyone other than the SW region doing a "top picks strategy" which includes a shitload of extra paperwork?

Micro-Management at its worse. So much for less paperwork like we were promised at the POA by DC. POA prep ok but a full year of this mico-crap, should have taken neuro position when I had the chance.

Go ahead, grab your revolver and shoot yourself in the head you dumbass. You have just reuined it for all of us. You know they read this crap and now they are going to micro even more. If your DM wasn't lazy, you would have been doing this two years ago, Einstein. It never ceases to amaze me how we continually shit on ourselves. Brilliant, just brilliant.

Eh, none of the divisions make much BONE-US. Specialty makes considerbly higher salary though.

Don't be a dumbass.
