Why is it that anytime someone suggests that off-label selling is against the law they get reemed by a bunch of angry reps? Why does telling the truth bring up so much anger? In the end, the feds know everything and will be moving forward. Remember you've all been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why do people like you insist on bringing it up and claim that all reps do this? There is a huge difference between off-label use and off-label selling. I am sure every company has people who cross the line but that doesn't make the whole company bad. Yes, we have been warned and previous posts said that the FDA was coming down on us summer of '04 and ever since as well as even before.
That is my honest answer so please tell me, why do people from other companies find joy in alleging off-label promoting? Don't tell me it's the ethics, and all the other answers I come up with simply make you an envious, bitter group but please correct me with your real motives. I honestly would like to know.
