How is this company to work for?

How is it being a rep for Butler? I have 5 yrs pharma experience. Not sure how it is to work on the vet side. How is the pay? Company structure? Do the products do well? Car allowance? Thanks for any input.

I was on the animal side for 9 years and enjoyed it. Be sure you are prepared for the surprises that lie within the world of distribution! Distribution is VERY different than manufacturing.

Being a Vet rep. would be a step down!!!!!!! I went from vet pharma to the human side. There are great jobs out there on the human side. Pay from the vet side is about half of what you can make on the human side. Stayaway from BMS!! very poor pay and terrible working conditions!!! Head up the ladder to some of the specialty positions.
