base range?

got a call from a recruiter and said base in 70's w/ large territory? How high can one expect to get for a base and what is a realistic bonus per year (18K target - recruiter said?)

Thanks...don't want to waste my time if I total comp not worth the travel, etc...

p.s. what is this market like anyway? I am in big pharma now.
