Good pay? Doesn't require insane workload?

I think no matter where you go, a lot of this is dependant upon your manager.

Check out www.pharmalinkfhi.com and click on the Careers link for a list of positions open... been with them since Oct 2000, and have seen phenomenal growth.... They treat their people well and have decent benefits.
