I don't want to see anyone lose their jobs but truth be told, there are way too many Syneos managers on the Janssen contract. All we need the Syneos managers for is to approve expense reports and answer benefit related questions. Let the Janssen managers 'manage' us.
I work for Syneos on a different contract. Did only the Syneos reps take a 10% pay cut, or was this something company wide?

Yes it was only the Syneos reps. The Janssen reps pay were unaffected. Also, the 3rd quarter bonus will only be 50%
