1099 Compounding Commissions?

I believe defunct or about to be, not sure but heard mass exodus of reps months ago

 

Has anyone heard of a pharmacy in Louisiana claiming 80% reimbursement rates still?

 

LoL, there is a sucker born everyday if you believe that, and even more of a fool to even consider working with a pharmacy touting that

 

Not buying it at all. Just know some old competitive reps saying they found a new pharmacy. Trying to figure out the name so I know what to be on the lookout for.

 

Can anyone weigh in on Trestles Pain Specialists? Tox, PGx & Compounding They represent PacTox Labs and a few pharmacies: Medworx Pharmacy and Haoeyou Pharmacy. Are they reputable? Have been tentatively offered nice commission rates for bringing them book of business, but have heard some stories... Such as Compounding Sales Data "disappearing" from the Sales Portal after posting for weeks followed by stonewalling and refusal to pay reps' commissions. Can anyone confirm if this is true? The other bad rumor was that they trained dozens of distributors and reps in NY State on Pharmacogenetic CYP450 Testing for Personalized Medicine and 1-2 months after these reps were out in the field selling these tests to their customers and were even sending Pre-Authorizations in to the lab, all of a sudden the reps were told that they weren't actually licensed to do DNA Testing in NY State. Heard that Trestles blamed PacTox Lab and PacTox Lab blamed Trestles and the dozens of reps were embarrassed with some of their best customers....

If anyone can confirm or deny these rumors and weigh in on whether doing business with Trestles is worthwhile I'd appreciate it. High comm rates being discussed but these stories going around are crazy and obviously concerning... thank you

 

Be very Leary of anyplace offering very high commissions. That is a major red flag to me and have heard many horror stories of reps thinking they were smart jumping around for higher commissions only to get burned.

 

It isn't so much someone offering a high commission as it is someone claiming a super high reimbursement percentage. There is a lot to be said for working with a company this is honest as the day is long, pays a high and fair commission, offers a wide range of products and services and never fails to pay and pay on time. After stumbling around with many losers who promsied us the moon and left us out to dry we could not be more please with Supreme Medical Solutions. They offer the telemedicine component we needed, the pharmcy is forward thinking with an awesome portal, they are a breeze to work with and get set up quickly. I'm not going to post the contact info on here but you can go to their website and get the phone number and email address of the CEO if you want to try and work out a great deal. THey also have super pricing and commission structure on the injection kits.

 

We checked these guys out but found out they don't own 1 pharmacy, just a sales guy finding sales reps and farming out to any pharmacy that pays highest commissions. Seemed like nice guy but we ultimately went with Rxpro and couldn't be happier.

Supreme doesn't own 1 pharmacy…. Be careful with telemedicine. Its legal when done properly.. You have to follow up behind the call center to make sure that the patient indeed had communication with a licensed physician in the state of the patient being treated. very important!!

 

Still compounding. Had a good summer in Cali. Preparing to ramp up an on going campaign in Florida. Can anyone recommend a good pharmacy. I have worked with Pharma Care in South Florida but not sure if they are still compounding. Anyone have a lead for me?
