Not much money here. Churn and burn through customers. Get an account and lose two accounts. It's constant keeping your head above water. Growth is limited and fleeting.
The only reason reps churn and burn through customers is they never provide value to the accounts after the sale. This is why VI doesn’t want 1099 reps anymore. 1099’s are just there to make a sale and move on. VI is now only hiring W2 reps and now getting some injectable Reps’s who are doing way better than 1099 counterparts. There could be money here for the right person. This job is not for everyone but I’ve made over $150k in bonus alone at this company.
