Actually this is true. Total number displaced will still be 185.

Who the hell knows! I can’t do Novo math! It’s like the new math they teach in school. You calculate it all different but come up with the same answer!!!!! We will know in a few days........and yes waiting blows.

He resigned. Got a new job where he can stay in NC and not have to move his whole family.

Don't blame him one bit. What is the point of forcing them to live in NJ?

Agree. That's Doug and Daves way of forcing him out so they can bring in their guy. What a shame

There is no legitimate business reason for bringing all the Anterior Cruciate Ligaments in house other than to fuck with people's lives and force people out. It's the VP equivalent of offering a rep in North Carolina a territory in Hoboken (which, btw, they also will be doing come Thursday).

Just think about it though - how does having all your ACLs in Jersey help you do business "more locally?" How accountable are RBDs who are potentially thousands of miles away? What are the additional costs around flying across country to visit one's area or having your RBDs fly east for a one on one? How do you keep your finger on the pulse of Peoria when you're living in Princeton?

yeah I have reliable source that tells me to minimize head count loss perception
NNI is going to lay off less but displace a lot
Offer them opportunities to apply for neighboring territories with new dms
So to the DCS - we (Nni) kept you on - you just didn’t accept the new challenge of working 3 hours from your house

I hear appt do dms are getting similar fate

Also many open roles see obesity educators
    Not sales roles
So that is the majority of the 70 or so openings

They were supposed to get their packets but they got mixed up in the boxes that JOKE used to clean his stuff out. They are frantically looking for it now. Hang on.....

Layoffs work like this: your manager or their boss and HR call you. HR reads a statement. You are given your package notification etc. etc. and then you are no longer in the field.Typically its 2 weeks per year of service. Your package can arrive that same day or within 48 hours at most.

Everyone will not get a call. There are too many of us. Typically, there is a district or a regional call that afternoon with those that are left with your new manager/director. Some managers will wait until the dust settles and do it the next day if they are given the option. It is very scripted and cold. Think legal shit.

I heard JOKE offered to make calls to those displaced and HR agreed. He was expecting to make his calls from NC but DUGL wanted him to do it in NJ. JOKE said F'that and resigned again for a second time.

That dude lives the NNI way, fo'sho!

You can look at it both ways.

Novo is still paying him, and Doug wanted him in Princeton.
