Realignment is another term for downsizing. Theracutix will probably remain the same, the other two groups will most likely get downsized, I mean realigned.
Total sales force remains unchanged: Theracutix unchanged, Galderma and Cutiscience downsizing and Peds growing. No downsizing, just realigning resources to the market needs and opportunities
What is going on with Galderma? I read all of posts on this board and it looks as though a lot of you feel like this company is going down hill quickly and that they are letting people go. I just got a call to interview for a position. Should I run for the hills or do any of you still have faith in this place? Any info would be great.
Tell you what. If you like uncertainty and under-compensation give it a shot. If you like not having job security, then run for the hills. It hasn't always been like this, but this is the current direction. Good luck!
