    The game has just begun...
As all you know, Greece is in the middle of a hugh humanitarian crisis.
Nevertheless, Greece achieved the greatest perfomance of Pradaxa in 2012 in Europe. And that achievement came out only with the one dose, the 110mg (in Greece, 150mg has get no price yet, as so many other new drugs).
But suddenly, on last Friday's morning, the Head Offices in Germany decided to cut off 60 REP's positions of the total of 103 in Greece!!! So, at once, on last Monday begun a voluntary retirement program. This program regards and obligates all REPs with less than 10 years in BI....!!! No matters personal performance!!! Unbelievable criterion...!!! Just unbelievable... The reason is that BI wants to reduce stuff with the more less costs... The quality of REPs who remain has no significance... Only the cost worths...
    I have no words....
    Be prepared....

The reason that Greece consistently outperforms other European countries has less to do with their reps' sales abilities and more to do with the fact that Greece "parallel exports" meds to other EU countries, so. for example reps in England convince their customers to prescribe, but the wholesaler that supplies the pharmacy where the script gets filled buys the drug for a lower price from Greece.. Greece OPU gets the credit, not the UK.. There have been times in the past where Greece have been at over 180% of goal.

there is no such thing as a hemorrhagic stroke. It's a small nosebleed, nuisance bleed on the brain. You guys are all running around about it but a hemo stroke is a fictitious event. Sheesh, dumbasses

    1. You' ve missed the point: an unbelievable criterion for massive layoffs in BI...

    2. You are right about "parallel exports" meds in general, but not about Pradaxa. Pradaxa in Greece has the same price with other european countries. For example, Pradaxa's cost in UK is £2,20 per day (=2,54 euros) vs Greece 2,65 euros per day. There is no difference...!!!

BI putting people on PIPS for not hitting sales. Good bye Pradaxa reps.

This is going down in June. Specialty is gone. Regional Reps will be safe. Pradaxa reps will be cut.

This is so stupid it's probably true. Go ahead and hand pick your top 20% of reps, promote them in to specialty sales, and then turn around and fire them so you can keep PCP. Of course none of this will impact the ZVP's and sales leaders who are doing an absolutely jv job of steering the ship.

How come no one walks back their other posts of : 2011 layoffs, 2010 layoffs, 2008 layoffs that are on CP?

Are you sure you got that right, since when has pradaxa ever caused a bleed? The data clearly show it's the glass shards most people ingest in their city water. no link has ever definitively been established.
