    it's hard for any company with poor management to break out of the vicious cycle of losing market share, decreasing revenue, budget cut, rif, bad morale, no loyalty, no one caring, no longer innovative, thin product pipeline, following instead of leading the market, then losing more market shares, ... Good luck!

    In such companies or businesses, the obvious solution is holding leadership or management in charge of key functions accountable or replacing them so the companies can be innovative and growing again. Easier said than done, but tough decisions are necessary. Sales can't do much when so many competitors offer newer and more innovative products at lower prices.

    Medtronic spine to merge...doubt it. If so who would you guess it to be? I'm gonna say either Globus or Nuva. Still a merger seems out there with Medtronic Spine coming in down.

    RIF like earthquakes, bit more predictable quiet, small shakes, periodically big ones insurance when live on big fault line
