This is a question most employees ask after each RIF. There are notorious management level people that seem to be immune to the RIF year after year and are a detriment to the company.

 

And so we keep falling further and further behind competitors in new product launches. Then we RIF more and more experienced working folks and expect different results.

Like some of the midwest Stim managers. A few of them play more golf than work and have no clue about daily business. Most of the older managers are living for the day to retire on the Medtronic pension plan. Its a sad game
