The additional PAs are acting as a deterrent against the drug. Nobody wants this crap being used anymore

Funny, just about every NAM I
talk to is currently trying to
get out. Bonus plan , quotas, PAs
not many NAMs happy right now.

Just have to find a way to stick it out till 786, that is unless a better opportunity comes up first. Love my manager so no rush to leave just yet kiddos.

Would be awesome if 786 makes it.

786 is still years away!! I’m pretty sure Otsuka isn’t going to let this shitshow keep draining them that long

Ya 786 2 to3 yrs away at best,
    May not ever be approved,
Ever wonder why the head of our medical
who is in charge of 786 just left?
Why would he leave with such a
    blockbuster pending approval comming
out in the next few years ??
Also, any reps that are on PIPs can’t
Get out of here fast enough.
And looking at the rankings I see
6 NAM openings and 8 LTC openings,
also who wants to deal with these
impossible growth goals, 2 NAMs out
of 200 making plan , lol

    3 years minimum and our
Chief Medical officer in charge of
that just left ? Anyone wonder why he left ??

Wa’El is not in favor of remote workers, CMO was from east coast and having to be onsite weekly flying back and forth was draining. Basically CEO ran him out. Not to mention clinical can’t get any patients enrolled in studies. Fighting a losing winless battle. Good for him to move on!

Ya, just about every rep in the company is also trying to move on just like our
Chief Medical Officer did, us reps are
also fighting a losing winless battle.
    And PIPs are flying.

Territories will be combined to reduce headcount

Territories are not producing enough to pay their salaries

    Down sizing is a must
