My manager let me in on the basics of the company plan. It looks like we can only max at 50% of our current base salary. WTF! Also, the new car program has a mandatory mileage app that tracks everywhere you go! You have to submit this every week and the report goes directly to your manager and leadership. This is total BS!
Well that makes two of us.... was informed of the same thing about the mileage tracker. Gonna be on our every move.
