Promotions???? Pfizer is HQ is planning massive reorg for Jan based on the new virtual hybrid normal & do not need half the reps they have in any divisions.
One thing covid virtual for 4 months provided was a pilot of nobody making face to face calls & sales still holding on & increasing in some areas cuz docs seeing 4x more patients thru tele doc implementation.
Summary only need 1 rep per territory in this model even if you are physically calling on 60% of your docs.

McKinsey has been on all kinds on conf calls and webex with HQ the past 4 wks.

Sorry no promotions and likely layoffs come Q1 in the new normal.

 

Moron, promotions for 2020 are based on previous 2 out of 3 years in top 10, plus capabilities ect. Has nothing to do,with Covid or anything in 2020. You'd know that if you actually worked at Pfizer

Funny when you talk about promotions of any type. Both are still happening , and new people are being hired to fill empty territories; as of last week. That’s a fact

The promotions in 2020 have been to unqualified and not trained or developed for the positions. Good looking females or white guys in the good ole boy network culture.
Total joke if promoting the best talent.
Better get some brothers in there asap in mass quantities or we will get group to go public w promotional practices at Pfizer & make a PR nightmare to drive stock down to teens again.
