    Upon FDA Approval, GM clearly stated on the call "we are ready to hit the ground running". Formulary coverage is in place and there is a large market for the drug.

    Can anyone outside of mgmt provide some color what is going on with the second launch into this indication?

    Remember when GM clearly stated "Europe partner strategy is forthcoming"?
    Remember when GM clearly stated "The IDA filing will be submitted in Q3.."?
