Again, compliance was used to fire someone who was high performing and recently promoted. This "compliance violation" was a clear set up. Two more employees from launch are gone. Even HR manager has had enough of this shit.

How does MT plan to keep their good people if this keeps happening? Unless they are desperate, who's going to come work here? There's only one person happy here and that's PT. I wouldn't be surprised if VP sales leaves this year.

Chasing cash at MT? Not here. MT pays very low for rare disease.

Meant where are the reps going who left? Did the cash in or not?

Basically they turned rare disease into a PCP job. Micro managing, metrics driven and low pay.

Some got good comp deals to leave and some just wanted out and took lateral pay moves.

Most of the turnover has been very positive for performance. Don’t let the bastards get you down.

Please do get started..... why does the place suck so bad and where are the reps going who have left?

Rare disease has been invaded by big pharma here. It’s all your typical big pharma model here now. Everything from metrics, to micro Mgmt to low pay.

Yep this drove some award winning reps to leave the company.

First year’s P club was mostly built on regional goals...some good people won and also some that rode the wave and realized they would never be able to do it once the goals were individual.

just stay focused on your own territory and what you can do to improve your performance and help more patients

Not saying this is the worst job in the world especially for someone who has been displaced and needs a job. Just saying be careful and do your homework. The one thing that can’t be denied is the pay here is sub standard for rare disease.

Base Pay is standard and incentive bonuses above avg and achievable if you invest the effort. Unlikely to be sold off or go out of business. If new formulation and pipeline comes through could grow significantly over the next 3-5 years

Base pay standard to what? Maybe standard to big pharma but very light compared to rare disease or even true specialty pharma. Not cool to mislead on here about pay.

40k in bonus at plan is NOT above the standard. Maybe standard but you can’t say it above the standard.

Agreed. That person is posting inaccurate comp info. He/she needs to look outside of their small company bubble and educate themselves on the market going rate for comp plans.

More reps leaving this month. At least two more. Can someone help me calculate the turnover since launch?
