4DX why hasn't it been discussed here?? Really

It amazes me the craziness of 4DX and nobody has mentioned boo? The micro managing of this platform that Amgen has spent how much money on ?????? lets get real? your managers don't even know how to implement it . We aren't a grocery store or a factory!!!! This business is conducted on the people level. You have managers managing tenured experienced people right out of this company . Maybe that's the goal.

Don’t worry friends, upper management created your WIG. They didn’t trust the salesforce to create their own. This also goes completely against the book. It clearly states we need to create our own goals.

So many people get paid to peddle those types of horseshit theories. For the peddler it is really just busy-work, having a checkbox to claim they got other people to do it. They know it's all horseshit
