    This place has been on a downfall ever since we merged. Every year it's been a reduction of benefits and compensation since the merger.
    .05 an hour for a (market adjustment ) is a slap in the face.
    It will come back to bite this company in the a**.

    How much has sourcing grown in the last few months and what does that tell you?
