Could be educators. DCS 2's are more than 5% of the field. Unless they are combining every single field employee.

In that's case, then it could be anybody.

 

No way a 5% cut will make up for the sales we will lose in Q3 and Q4. This cut will be atleast 10% and will involve all divisions except “H” reps and probably educators. Guessing this restructuring will take place late fall or early winter.

Why not make BioPharm cuts? The "managers" (glorified sales reps) could be cut and the company could sell Norditropin over the phone based on contracting. They could also do away with FRMs. My rep says that hers brings no value at all.

Why not just reduce our salaries by 6%?

 

lol, that won't do. They save much more money by cutting employees. 401k, healthcare, dental insurance, vehicle, gas, hotel, etc.
The layoffs will be massive. Most employers are taking advantage of the COVID situation to reduce workers.
I am predicting 10% plus cut to workforce and then they will say we have this number of open jobs available, lol. Same games, same playbook.

 

The sooner, the better. Get on with it.

 

Why is everyone singling out the DCS-2's? 2's are GLP-1 reps now. The idea might be moving forward just having two reps per territory. DCS1's and 2's and eliminate 3's. And what about the EDCS team? Those targets could go back to DCS pods. Who knows.
