Here is the deal......the Chicago DM was pickupt by Chicago PD in a park chasing chickens and tarts in public rest rooms thinking they were johns that's what is up.
It was said mid to end of September something would happen.. We got the early retirement offer. So what comes next? At least give us a timeline
