Any input regarding this contract would be greatly appreciated. When did it start and what is the duration date? Product formulary coverage? Projected future of contract? Florida DM info? Thanks for any help!

Can someone give some more information on this contract. Company, product(s), length of contract or indefinite, size of sales force, company car or allowance?

 

Contact is three years in length and began in Nov. of '09. Products are Colcrys for gout and Fibricor for triglycerides. Client is URL Pharma in Philadelphia. Car allowance is $650/month. Sales force is currently at 100 even. Plans for sizable expansion are under negotiation. It's possible the sales force will double or possibly even triple.

Well then if this isn't true, then why don't you share the correct information?

 

With the possible exception of the sales force expansion, everything stated above is a matter of fact. The expansion may or may not happen, but it is, in fact, the company's plan.

 

That's a ridiculous thing if that is true.. wasting money. The current sales force is capable of mining the fort if market clearance happens..

 

What happened to the Roanoke, VA rep? Everything I am reading about this contract is not to pleasant.

FDA is giving an exception to "generic/unapproved" Colchicine. Expect clearance no earlier than January 2011.

 

You know this how? Why would they give colchicine exception?
