    Troll? So true.

If any Q-DM's ever get on this board, BUY a CLUE and learn how to compose an email!

I'm sick to death of the threatening tone of emails in this company (and don't get me started on Janssen's problem with this).

If one of these assclowns ever came off, verbally, to my face, the way their condescending, do-this-or-else emails read, I'd probably grab them by the throat and lift them half off the floor. Out of common decency people don't talk to each other this way, or they'd get the crap kicked out of them weekly.

It used to be that managers (or aspiring managers) were taught that email requires special composition to avoid it reading like a list of threats. Apparently the talent pool is now so shallow that such considerations are moot.

We may work for you but this isn't an Alabama Plantation in 1850.

Here's a thought: Complete your admin requirements on time and accurately the first time, problem solved.

No, problem solved when the default tone of company communications ceases to be, "get this done, bitches!"

The way things work at Quintiles (at least 6517) is this:

Corporate Communications are all top line and "all's great."

Q-DM communications are all Kiss Up, Kick Down.

The bipolarity of these two pretty much gives me whiplash. On 2nd thought, maybe bipolar is the right word; perhaps it's a perquisite of advancement.
