Very simple, why don't you call your Quintiles contact and ask. Mine was pretty open. Here's a clue, you didn't get it b/c your resource for getting information is cafepharma.

 

I emailed my Quintiles Manager twice-no response-my source is not Cafe Pharma alone

 

It seems to me that, once they rule you out, they are not going to spend one second on you. After my interview, I emailed and called a couple times the Q manager, but never got a response.

Newark was all Sanofi/former Sanofi people, being interviewed by former Sanofi managers, that now work for Janssen. Obviously, a lot of inside intelligence involved, which is actually good, as opposed to the usual charade that interviews usually end up being. If you were a known Sanofi rep with connections, you got the offer.
