Seven shareholder/class action lawsuits already underway...grass sure wasn't greener here...what a FU.
Refer to the "Poop hit the fan" thread. A few insightful comments near the end about PM and his cronies from Pharmion. They were in this just to make more millions and eff the employees and investor base. They got lucky at Pharmion, as Celgene remained committed to making their products successful. They will not be so lucky at Clovis. Time for the SEC to investigate insider trading, timing, etc. They ought to also investigate Andrew Allen at Gritstone. Interesting how he "sold" his shares for millions and then went off to start a new company. Even more intriguing that Pat is Chairman of the Board for Gritstone. Seems like a back up plan to me knowing the shit was going to hit the fan for Clovis. Can stand these clicks and inner circles. These folks give pharma/biotech the bad rap ... not those of us who actually prefer developing medicines with the 1st objective being to help patients!!!
