LOL! It's not really funny but it is at the same time. Last time I did the 9-box grid, I was the one who got the axe. The only good thing that came out of it is that knew of my coworkers who very much deserved it was promoted. Good Luck!
This is a great tool for the incompetent leaders to secure positions for those employees who pose no threat to them. This ensures they are not going to be exposed or challenged by the employees they save. The 9 grid box is a tool thar further weakens a companies pool of employees.
