Hahahaha.... this is Kevin and Mark’s legacy. Can someone name the last time the nation hit its goal for Vyvanse? This is the worst year for growth ever. Takeda has bought a dog... wow Shire will be a MBA case study for years to come. The subjects will be how to run a company into the ground, what happens when you hire inept people to run a company. There are probably way to many to list.

Seriously I can not even guess when the last quarter was that the NBU hit goal. Really back to school and we are sitting at 95%. Not to mention year to date growth is .8% and trending downward. Shire should have kept the focus on Neuroscience not rare disease.

The problem here isn't really rare disease, it's that we took off selling Vyvanse for a year to sell the pile of dogshit that was Mydayis so that this business unit could give off the optics of a "launch."

You’re exactly right! And this piece of crap is still cannibalizing vyvanse. The old ceo regime knew not to touch it but stuttering John had to pull it off the shelf. Takeda will bury mydayis and this crew.

It is illegal to post internal sales data on a public forum. By relaying confidential data, you are impacting stock share performance. You sales reps are DUMB!

So lets see, is it we can’t hit goal? Is it we have a terrible finance forcasting team? Or is it our boy PS runs the goals higher than what is attainable or forcasted?

    I think we all know......

    1. Our leaders who “forecast” are inept and have been for some time now. At least 1-2 years.
    2. And our boy PS has gotten quite some experience “cooking the books”. Have the top leaders (PS, MR, KC) not understood that salespeople like to win occasionally? Stop cooking the books to make it look like we aren’t successful and give us our bonus we worked hard for.
In Aug/Sept 2017, some “adjustments” were made and it has been downhill since!

Hey stupid, Wallstreet knows this. They can see there is almost 0 growth. they have more data than we do. this has no effect on stock price, there is a ceiling based on the buyout. If it falls through everyone knows Shire takes a nose dive to double digit stock price.

Your a dipshit. My 3 year old could figure out this will go down as the worst deal in history. This will be studied in a marketing class one day.

Lighten up dude, go take your CBD oil. Your post demonstrates why our sales force is rated in the bottom.

This is nothing new. They throw out a quota they know the nation can't hit. Then at a meeting tell everyone that the company had double digit growth. They're getting paid no matter what. It's laughable.

Shire goal setting is stupid. It’s all about setting high goals that can’t be achieved so Perry can sell at a higher price. Classic case of sacrificing the many to benefit the few. No respect.

    Hey Perry, KARMA bitch!
