Which ever company acquires ACOR will just roll-over Inbrija and Toz into their PD/Movement disorder franchise; in other words, the rest of that tree will be chopped for fire wood. Teva, Acadia, Impax, Mitsubishi, Avanir/Otsuka are all likely suitors. The question is whether ACOR's BoD will consider offers, or continue to be seduce by promises of another Regeneron. The risks are too high to go solo.

 

ACOR will never attain the power of Regeneron. You need saavy businessmen/women for this. ACOR will be sold and the drugs absorbed by a big company who has actually launched successfully. You can count on the fact that no company would ever take over this lame company and its people.
