A sincere message to Dean, Don, Kovita and Nancy

    How desperate are you for your jobs that you would be willing to degrade yourself for the narcissistic wims of an English maniac that has not idea what he is doing. Our CEO is an M from Britain. A man that has not clue whatsoever of the American markets.

    Lets go over a few facts shall we:

    1. AH is a tool. An pathetic British doctor who had his tuition paid for by his socialistic government. His Healthcare guaranteed by his government and his retirement paid for by the same socialistic government.

    2. The USA is where more than 50% of Mother Roches profits are made from. That they have entrusted this delusional Brit with the purse strings is comical.

    3. Europeans that are displaced are mandated a 3 year severance and have a healthcare and retirement safety net mandated by their governments, unlike the USA.

    4. To hear your pathetic pandering to the whims of this narcissist is something akin to a mortal sin. Are you so afraid for your jobs that you can't tell him this is the wrong thing to do here.

    5. You begged your xolair sales force to stay just 2 years ago when Dupixent and Fisenra came on the scene. You said we were family. Now you are selling this madmans ideas as the right thing to do. Grow a spine. This is not the right thing for your American patients, doctors or loyal employees.

    6. You have now deluded yourselves into thinking outsiders would want to come to this disloyal, pathetic culture... Good Luck. Where do you think your displaced reps will go. To your COMPETITON morons!!!!

    7. Stand up!!!,,,,be loyal to your employees...Set this moron in UK straight. GROW A SPINE AND BE LEADERS!!!!!

    The farce here isn't the upcoming layoffs. We have way too many people and everyone knows this.

    The farce is this stupid fucking ecosystem model that is a sideshow distraction. Our customers don't want handjobs from their newly installed HED; they want us to lower our fucking prices on our wildly expensive medicines.

    This reorg should have been done in 10 minutes with zero consulting expenses.

    AH is puppet being manipulated by Little Bill A. He is the henchman for the Swiss and does not lose a minute of sleep over this. As for Xolair, it is not longer the game changer it was a decade ago so lose the nostalgia. The problem with the overstuffed field forces is that those with any real history with a franchise can’t accept that better products eventually make their way in and more so, physicians will try them. Guess what, there will be more competition entering if companies see incremental business opportunity to develop a new product.
    Make use of your spare time and control what you can, your future.

    The most disappointing aspect of this downsizing is the leadership. It's not about Genentech or Roche. Many of the employees being impacted are not Genentech or Roche. We came to a great company with great science from somewhere else. What we have noticed since we have been here is the lack of industry knowledge, practical experience, poor leadership and entitlement. Genentech leaders don't make decisions for the business or the patients, they lead for their next job opportunity. They have left a trail of bad marketers, mediocre launches, below average sales people and the worst training department in the industry. (NO JOKE)
    This process and evolution of the "ecosystem exercise" is already failing.The recently assigned ecosystem heads are proven incompetent and the field partners are the only ones who know. Many of them securing jobs because nepotism or networking, for example, golfing trips with previous leaders, established allegiance to a ED or because they help Genentech meet the diversity quota. The process is allowing the tradition of improper hiring with these fools calling those they can control, telling them what to post for and ignoring the remaining talent pool. We hear the HED hires have been reaching out and making promises to bring along "their people", qualified or unqualified so they can remain comfortable and remain mediocre.
    The tremendous amount of bad feelings, distrust and disappointment will be part of the culture for a long time. This exercise is temporary, this leadership is temporary, employee loyalty and pride is fleeting. Genentech has the best science but is failing bitterly due to it's own un structured inner workings and lack of vision without expert leadership.

    So incredibly tone deaf. The entire field has been displaced ... and they have chosen/or not chosen to apply and interview for pioneer eco positions that they may or may not have gotten ... and ALL they (home office CEoF LT) care about are talking about themselves and their new promotion/position!     Hear me out on this one, xoflunkey has one more season of promotion. No one is buying the Xo story. Tamiflu still rules because it’s cheap and effective. I happen to know what I’m talking about. Xo is not and will not make profit. Sit back and watch.
