Abbott J&J Vision CEH division doesn't even know the consumers

After being the red head stepchild for so many years, we in a Consumer Eye Health (CEH) were finally excited to be part of J&J Vision because they believe in Consumer Marketing. Too bad, the only person in the leadership team who understands consumers and have a lot of experience launching successful products left the team because of workplace discrimination. They overworked the person with scarce resources and did not recognize his value. Now we are left with dinosaurs from Allergan era who have no experience launching new products successfully, no true strategic marketing experience, and no true understanding of the consumers/ end users. I hope new J&J management realizes this and fire these dinosaurs. Length of service doesn't mean you are good at what you're doing--it just means that the different presidents didn't care about CEH that's why you were able to fly under the radar.

And a long tenured length of service means they have a legal edge, and will continue to do as little as possible for years to come.
