What are Abbott's intentions with SJM's CRM? Outside of the loop, there has been nothing and that is an SJM product. Does Abbott intend on playing ball with MDT and BSX? When is the Abbott branding going to occur? You guys seem to be stuck in neutral and have been for some time.

Agreed, the 'world class' launch team dropped the ball on the launch of the ILR. But please enlighten us as to which CRM product that you are referring to.
