ya know this thread says two things:
people here don’t give a crap and when we ask our ‘leader’ to step up, he stays in hiding.
    That sucks.

Yes it’s sucks to be with Tildra. Check your surroundings. Abbvie is now scheduling educational programs for the Spring. Sun completely snoozed through this opportunity. Game over. We lose.

We do everything the opposite of Abbvie. We should be using them as the benchmark and learning from them. This arrogant leadership team thought they knew it all. Now they look lile fools.

Who specifically on this arrogant leadership team are your referring to?

It's the arrogant leader(s) who have said "this is the way we do things in India, and it's the way we're going to do things in the US".

    THAT, is arrogance.

So, how's it working out for you Mr. Candy Ass ? Not so well, huh ?

Abhay doesn’t read this garbage so stop your mental masturbation on this thread. Everything thing Sun has dome in the past few years are on the record. That includes the layoffs, the fines, the Derms hating Sun. It was all there for you to look at before you came here.
Hell this site has countless threads about the same crap that dates back years. 98% of SUN sales people are <3 years tenure and you all new what it was when you made the jump. You convinced yourself it was something more. It’s not. It’s exactly what you knew it was. It’s a stop on your resume. Nothing more.
Those of you that snagged a promotion in coming here have already discovered that the industry doesn’t count Sun experience as valid. It is just a very ugly situation that we all hope to put behind us shortly. I hope the rest of you had the opportunity to tell off your old managers when you left. That is what you really wanted, right? Or maybe you salivated thinking you would compete against them and prove they were wrong in making you leave. That’s a tough pill to swallow now isn’t it?
So blame yourself for your move. Sell their goods with 100% effort until you leave. Find another job and don’t look back. Don’t play the victim here. It isn’t becoming of any professional at this level.

Refer to Cafepharma Privacy Policy ‘ we do not collect IP addresses of anonymous users ...’

It’s a lengthy policy, but the jist is they very purposefully take measures to prohibit themselves from being able to ID users (unless you establish an account, and provide personal information).

Maybe you meant they're monitoring Indeed or Monster for new jobs, which would make a lot more sense.

After you are promoted above a first level manager you would never visit this site again. Never. Largely due to reading the multitudes of lies and attacks would be frustrating. They simply don’t. The rants here are wasted on first line managers who are either unwilling or unable to correct the course and pass these things on to higher management. So vent like crazy but never expect action from posting here. Unless you are 5 and still believe in miracles, fairies and Santa Clause.

The previous post was obviously posted by an extremely low IQ individual.

I would expect that the CP Board is constantly monitored, with a roll-up summary provided each week to select Sr. Management.
Now, whether or how any information gets shared is a different story.
I certainly would not be surprised if any report was heavily edited, especially as it relates to topics calling out compliance issues where no action has been taken.
No Compliance department would want to have further evidence of intentional wrongdoings being perpetuated, creating an even deeper electronic/paper trail.

Can we expect some positive HUB changes after the first of the year, or am I just wishful thinking?
