    What happened to him? Why the new job? Hearing some crazy rumors. Always thought he did a good job.

    Cupcake if he was so great. He would not be in his new role. It's called Karma.

    He should not have a job here.
    But he is interviewing with other companies anyway.

    Are you kidding? He should never had been promoted. Talk to the reps he so called managed and others he worked with. He didn't even work hard as a rep. There is a reason is no longer managing others or pissing us off in the home office with his rants and demands. Hope his wife has to go work now and has a tyrant co worker like him. George is learning a hard lesson in humility.

    He allowed his ego to get the best of him and would not stop. He gets off on sabatoging and bullying others. This went on for too long. He should have been fired with pay. Bye bye..

    He is a male chauvinist. Ask any strong female leader who worked with or reported in to him. He has and will continue to discredit women's abilities, spread lies and sabatoge their careers. Just ask any woman he felt threatened by. His behavior screamed insecurity and incompetence. It is about time he faces the music.

    He does it to men too. For those who feel sorry for him you obviously don't know his true identity. He wears a mask and has a knife to stab you in the back. Shame on the company for letting it go on for so long.

    He needed this growth opportunity and to teach the other directors to back the hell up with your egos.

    Sounds similar to situation with director in SM.

    why is HR finally taking action to discipline? some and not others?

    based on the post, GA was allowed to get away for a while. sounds like He probably pissed off the wrong person. normally HR, legal and mgmnt cover those they like despite their potential risk.

    Liability. GA didn't know boundaries. Keep bullying. You should be thanking the folks who finally put a stop to this. It was only a matter of time.

    Let's just say he made the decision to change roles for family reasons. Now his wife can go get a job as a rep too.
    Hope he gets laid off in December so he knows what it feels like..

    Wow. not typical of g to get rid of people like GA.

    bet G held by the balz? Think the risk of records w Complaints against mgrs. still employed w similar track record & G allowing is the cause? inaction is the same as being a part of it all.

    Think it's a temp clean up job to cover up? either way, yes thanks to those that forced this upon G. This is just one mgr though. Hope G comes to its senses and continues to do the right thing before it makes headlines.

    Look up douche in the dictionary and there is a picture of GA. He is making complicated hand gestures and using really big words, with more than two syllables, all while using connect the dots to explain marketing. DOUCHE.

    You are right. Which make executive is he sleeping with because Galderma does not promote females to executive roles? What a scandal! Haha

    Have you seen the man ? Not likely to be mistaken for a movie star , his face reflects his sin .
    He also hired Putin Jr / grease nose as a DSM in Seattle , how'd that work out ? That team is a hot mess and ole Jeffy can't tie his own laces right .

    Well, well, well....its been awhile since I have visited the cafe and I see some things never change. I worked for GA closely a few years back, and the bottom line is this...he was often in over his head, using the benefit of his boys club membership to bale him out. He is a closet nail-biter and as insecure as they come. I am a male and he handled men much better than woman. If you were an intelligent, well seasoned woman in the industry he would grow teeth and horns...the guy was easily threatened and openly shamed and belittled folks that intimidated him...shame because he wasn't a bad guy. I am no longer dealing with him, and no longer employed by G. The industry loves guys like him however as he sends the highest of talent to their recruiters. G will never be the organization they dream to be if they continue to feed a management team that is dysfunctional and oppressive. Bottom line. Good luck folks!
