WTF is going on at the home office? I was rushed to perform interviews ASAP and was told by HR that regardless of the final decision I would be in close contact with them. Holy crap no nothing and I see all kinds of positions opening and closing. I got hired somewhere else but I expected a little more professionalism.
i think what is going on is so many companies have reduced their hr staff and that they are just overwhelmed. I am not making excuses for them but it is just a reality. Not just celgene this is happening it is all over.
Ummm...Abraxis marketing no longer exists. Do you think everything runs smoothly during a buy out? Some of the HR people you spoke with might not still have their jobs!
