    Well we don't have any so called business experts working at AZ. AZ was built on fear and intimidation. It is ingrained in our culture so deep that only eliminating the entire sales leadership team and starting over can change it. Those at the top have built this plantation overseer leadership culture and it rests on a very solid foundation of EBDs, RDs, and DMs. The more ruthless they are the more love and recognition they receive.
    Their motto is, If your people don't fear you then you are losing.

    Every sales manager knows that the way to survive is to fire someone every year or two. Being popular, admired and respected translates into Being Soft.

    I find that tough managers are often those that call out those that just aren't working to their potential. TS is actually very talented and will help anyone to get better.

    Oh, I’m sure that T-not so-Sweet has unlimited talents. However, “helping” and “terrorizing “ her team to get better are not the same thing. Try again.

    Truth! And it’s not an effective way to run an organization. The culture here is the worst I’ve experienced in pharma.

    Try going after TS. Go to HR by yourself and let’s see what happens. She can harass EVERYONE on her team but when you go to HR on your own you are done. That’s what AZ and HR count on. They count on you being ashamed and embarrassed and therefore unwilling to reach out to anyone and eventually get yourself fired. This place sucks.

    She has a friend inside HR so she is safe from any and all accusations except those coming from someone in more senior leadership. If she was a white hetero male then you would have a much better chance of getting a resolution.

    Well, unfortunately that is just the culture of big pharma and alot of other Companies as well! HR has NO interest in protecting the pions! So, therefore employees have no recourse but to expose bully's! So, have had it! Someone needs to hold "management" accountable!

    Tara Sweet is a controlling, crazy, know it all, and a sad pathetic manager.
    She tells you not to network with other reps and managers. Who does this?
    She's such a B!!!
    Why is she even a manager? On ride along, she takes over the detailing. Well shit! Why don't you do us all a favor and go back to being a rep then. Her and Bonnie C. are 2 fucking peas in a pod. They are the reasons why people hate working for women!!!
    These women have no fucking life. Either that or they must have had a bad childhood to become such bitches!!!!!!! #abusivemanagers

    By now, Tara Sweet already knows that one of her very disgruntled reps posted about her on CP. What these reps don’t realize is that Tara will only make their miserable AZ lives much worse in retaliation. So, if you have any dignity left, go and find another job in stead of exhaling your fire on CP. What do you think your next ride along will be like knowing that Tara suspects you as the author of the negative posts about her?
