This is gaining lots of traction. Today, I was told by a KOL that the ACO model which is being implemented across ALL health systems will put the nail in the coffin for costly procedures such as PDT. Yesterday, the ACO model was thoroughly discussed at a multiple health system conference. Photofrin was on a list of examples for costly non-survival procedures.
