Do some investigating first because you will need a powerful attorney who does know how the federal government does business.

    Hope this helps!

    Enjoy your weekend

Subject: Sales Director Compensation Question - Laboratory

    Christian

As I meantioned in my voicemail a short while ago we have a time sensitive
compensation question that we would like to run by you.

We are in the process of establishing a sales director position for a new
market selling laboratory services to health systems. Based on the grade
of the position the salary range is from $107K to $161K. We have a very
attractive candidate in mind for this position who would leave her current
position in the medical device world where she has a sizable book of health
    system clients.

She is looking for a package that will enable her to earn something
approaching her current salary level (approximately $38K) while she is
building her book of business in year one.

We would like to make the following offer:

    Base Salary of $125K

Sign-on bonus of $50K payable within thirty days of date of hire.

Three additional $50K bonuses payable at the end of months 6, 9 and 12.
The payment of the bonuses is contingent upon her employment by the company
and her working toward developing the health system unit sales strategy.

This will effectively bring her package to $325K in year 1.

If she were to be terminated without cause in year 1 she would be eligible
for severance equal to one year's salary plus any unpaid bonus amounts.

If she were to leave the company without good reason or were terminated
with cause no severance or remaining bonus amounts would be payable.

In year 2 and thereafter she would receive the base salary of $125K and
commissions based on collected revenues at rates of 4% for first year
sales, 3% for the second year of an accounts collections and 2% for any
account collections in year 3 or thereafter.

Appreciate if you could respond via email if this is acceptable. If you
have any questions please feel free to give me a call at (201) 767-7070
    x5811

Thank you very much for your assistance.

    Phil

Wow, JB really screwed up his career. He must of been desperate if we went to work with the little guy. Uh oh, now the little guy is gone,
Doesn’t matter Phil went to Wharton, smartest guy in the room.
Oh but I forgot, Wharton called, they took their degree back.
Oh well, start looking again before the Russians get upset.

You would have thought that he would never work with the little guy, however Phil was not what you would call honest either. Well, I guess you will be out of work again, soon enough Mr Wharton.

What about Kevin? He was fired from his last 2 jobs, somewhat quickly. I sure hope that he enjoys his summer.
    Where are you going now?

Oh well, sounds like you must fend for yourself. I guess you will be unemployed for awhile, simply put, you’ve always been a loser.

Enjoy your long extended weekend, speak soon.

A robot for the little man who clearly was incapable of doing the job.

Why are you so bitter, son? What did this person ever really do to you? This behavior is unhealthy. And it is wrong.

“Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”

    Hope this helps.

No bitterness at all, complete happiness.
I have decided to call out all the negativity and illegal acts on Y’all.
Look in a mirror, your actions are no different then mine, I am just on the right side of the game.
This will never stop until all have paid, including you. Kevin is and was a tool with no talent. Considering that his mentor is gone and will no longer give him employment, what will he do now.
All who are being called out deserve it.
Your payback will be harsh, that is for sure!!!

What will he do? Whatever the F he wants to, junior. Unlike you, who is inexplicably compelled to post your unwanted stupid opinions on this board, all day and night. And just in case you weren’t keeping score, none of your predictions have ever come through. You are always wrong. And we continue to be at the top of our game.

    “Whatever he wants to”

If that is not funny, I don’t know what is.

Let’s see how successful he is. I’m sure that many companies and opportunities are knocking his door down. The guy couldn’t sell or manage a lemonade stand without the help of the little man. Problem is, the little guy would pay the guy who trucks the lemons to the market. Before the truck gets to the store, the little guy sends someone , like Kevin to meet before, and grab the cases. The trucker gets paid by both and everyone makes out except the market that sells the lemons. They didn’t get what they paid for. Ultimately someone always gets screwed when business is done this way.
So, curious who got screwed by the little guys tactics????

You don’t think that your stupid, childish comments are going to stop this, do you?

Wow! Son, this is some twisted analysis worthy of a Dr. Laura visit. Beyond comical junior, seek assistance!
    No, REALLY SEEK ASSISTANCE!

    Hope this helps

That’s quite a story, junior. Lemonade stands, truckers, corruption. Whoever this little guy is, he really gets your panties in a bunch, doesn’t he. You should really try to just be grateful for what you have and stop trying to compare yourself to him. You will obviously never measure up and it’s poisoning your soul. Hope this helps.

Your happiness is certainly mixed in with tragedies in life. You have to find the lemonade. You have to find the silver lining in the middle of everything that happens in life.

    Hope this helps
