Yes. Americans are definitely abused by Indians in the case at Sun. They look upon themselves as being superior in terms of intellect and work ethic.

The world would be a better place if that alleged intellectual superiority was put to use towards helping 800 million people in India get access to a toilet.

Now the reality. Most Indians actually run circles around Americans in terms of work ethics. It is mostly Indian money rolling your USA operations so you should know that you aren’t even feeding your selfs yet. Indians believe in ownership as a goal where Americans want to work for someone else who takes all the risks. When you talk about these things you are actually complaining that you don’t have security. But you do nothing to earn that security.

Now this makes sense. Galderma is buying parts of SUN. Rumors of the reverse were insane as Galderma is about 10x the size of SUN in the US markets. So the big question is what is Nestle buying from Sun?

 

Will they allow an Absorbica rep to move into the biologic force?

 

You can always inquire when a territory opens up on the bio side. Based on how reps were originally recruited, chances are slim. Believe 1-2 reps were actually taken from Absorica team after dozens of interviews with interested reps. The boneheads in charge of bio think that they come from a better place, but are grossly in error.

 

I would only come ver to get bio-experience. After that get a good gig. This is not a good bio gig. Only the desperate came here.
