there is no “average”. It all depends on your current salary. I’ve seen it as lows at an additional 4% to as high as an additional 18%.

Otezla rep reading your boards. Can someone explain your rep levels or tiers? How many? How do you advance through them? What are the benefits of each? Thanks, Señor Otezla in the Valley

It's all about nepotism especially in the Carolinas. If you kiss up enough you'll move up.

This is true everywhere in the company. Sales performance is not even important.

ugh, ok well I am in Texas. What I wanted to know is:

    are their tiers?
how do you move between them?
do they affect raises and bonus?

thanks and I guess I'm glad I'm not in the Carolinas

I can attest to this in the Carolinas! Lol

“UGH”.......As for tiers.... obviously yes sense there is a an Act 2.
You move between them by meeting certain expectations, being given extra assignments & responsibilities all of which are given & assessed by your manager (hence the nepotism opportunity).
Of corse they affect raises. Seriously? You need to ask that?? They’re promotions. That’s what happens when getting promoted. SMH...

You must be interviewing & are negotiating salary and they’re telling you to go w a lower salary to make you ACT 1 so you can easily move up to a Act 2 and e given a bigger increase. That’s what they told me too so I negotiated a really nice sign on bonus. Press them for a bigger salary unless you’re planning on blowing in& out of this job in a year or so.
If you’re already on board then just ask your manager. ????

"Befriend" your manager. This is how it works here.
